Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, select the product you like, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Q2: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. To cancel, email us at support@bazzarwallastore.in with your order number.

Q3: I received a damaged/wrong product. What should I do?
A: We're sorry! Please email us at support@bazzarwallastore.in with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q4: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–10 business days

Q5: Do you deliver all over India?
A: Yes, we deliver to most cities and towns across India. In case your area is not serviceable, we will notify you.

Q6: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track it from our Order Tracking page.
